Yes, it’s that time again, I can hardly believe it myself! Time just seems to fly by recently! My favourite box is here and it is now my absolute pleasure to test everything and bring the review to you all. This month’s edit is the ‘Invigorate’ edit, all about boosting your natural beauty! The total value of this month is £62.90, which when you consider the box price is only £24.95 per month, is pretty good value for money! One thing I love about this box is that every month, I am introduced to new brands and new products that I may never have discovered if it weren’t for this box. There is something so special about finding new, hidden treasures (and following them on Instagram!) So, what is inside this box of joy? The first item is from a brand I have had the joy of using before- Soothing Cleansing Oil by The Natural Beauty Pot (RRP £16). I just love the packaging of this- the frosted glass and the pump dispenser make it look so luxurious and much more expensive than it is! This is perfect as an evening cleanser as it is soothing and relaxing and will completely nourish and hydrate your complexion to leave skin refreshed and rejuvenated. I have not yet tried this, as I am currently trying to only use one item at a time until it is empty (Google Project Empties for more on that!), but it looks stunning in my bathroom in the meantime! The second item is a brand I have had on my radar for a while but not yet tried- Strawberry Crème natural tinted lip balm by Fruu (RRP £5). How cute is this? Pocket sized and one of my favourite flavours too. This helps to nourish, moisturise and protect lips and give them a pop of colour too! It is totally natural and free of allergens! This is going straight into my handbag for use on the go! The third item is yet another new brand for me- Energy Aromatherapy Rollerball with peppermint by Bergamot and Me (RRP £12). This was an Editors Choice in the 2019 Beauty Shortlist Wellbeing Awards, which is quite the accolade! You simply apply this to your pulse points and breathe deeply to give yourself a boost and feel invigorated. I am really into Aromatherapy and love how smells can make us feel so many different emotions, so I cannot wait to give this a try- I may even use it at the gym to put it to the ultimate test! The fourth item is a brand I adore- and have worked with here on this very blog! Natural Anti-Ageing Revitalising Face Oil by Nakin (RRP £22). This was Editors choice in the 2018 Beauty Shortlist awards and going by their other products that I have used, I can see why! This has skin enhancing plant oils to help revitalise your skin and it is suitable for all skin types. My skin can be quite sensitive, so it is always reassuring to see that! Again, the packaging is lovely- minimalist, but lets the product do the talking! The fifth item was another brand I am familiar with- Hand Cream by Organii (RRP £2.95). I have tried suncream and aftersun from this brand before and loved them, so I am looking forward to giving this a whirl. The packaging is super cute and summery and the cream is designed to soothe, nourish and protect your hands to leave them soft but not greasy. The formula is said to be super gentle too. I have not yet used this (see above re Project Empties!) so until then, it is certainly brightening up my dressing table! The sixth and final item (I know!) was a brand I have recently discovered and tried- Turmeric Sheet Mask by Natura (RRP £4.95). I love sheet masks; they are my absolute favourite type of pamper treat! This one was a finalist at the Natural and Organic Awards Europe 2019 and for good reason! This gives you hydrated and radiant skin through the use of Turmeric, a superfood that has anti-ageing benefits to re-energise the skin! This did not last long past the unboxing and my skin felt amazing! I cannot eat spicy foods but this is Turmeric I can enjoy! Once again, Emma has absolutely nailed it, from the theme itself to the products representing it. I don’t know how she does it, but I hope she continues for many, many months to come!
