December- how did that happen?! Yes, it's that time again! Every time The Natural Beauty Box lands on my doorstep, it feels like Christmas! For those of you who are unfamiliar (where have you been?!), the Natural Beauty Box are a monthly subscription service featuring only natural, cruelty free products that are often also vegan and organic. I have been getting this box for 5 years now and in that time, I have not once been disappointed.

The theme for December was 'Frost and Sparkles' and I managed to avoid any spoilers, so I was in for a real surprise!
First up is a brand that is no stranger to me- not that I am complaining! The limited edition Flawless Shimmerberry Frosted Plum and Winter Fig Body Wash (RRP £6.99). Indulge in the sweet aroma of juicy plums (who doesn't love juicy plums ;)) with the warm and earthy notes of fig. A small amount is all that's needed to create a nice lather and nourish the skin. Oh my! This smells INCREDIBLE- I cannot even describe it! I am so sad this is only limited edition. That aside, it lathers up beautifully, leaves my skin feeling clean and nourished and with a subtle scent all day. Gorgeous.
Next up, a brand I have come across maybe once or twice (and am always happy to see!)- Earth to Earth Organics Shim Shimmery Body Oil (RRP £20). Your ultimate secret to deeply nourished, radiant and glittering skin! This luxurious body oil promises not just hydration but a transformation. Adorn your skin with the iridescent glow of gold and the enchanting allure of mica pigment.
Isn't this just stunning? Even from inside the bottle, it looks so luxurious and perfect for the party season. It feels lovely on the skin- not too heavy or greasy and leaves such a nice, subtle shimmer- you won't look like a glitterball, I promise!
Third, was another company I have only recently been introduced to- The Natural Spa Co Frost Soap Bar (RRP £5). Peppermint scented with delicate floral notes of Ylang Ylang as well as containing high quality oils and butters such as Cocoa Butter and Almond Oil, this soap bar leaves you feeling clean and provides your skin with a boost of moisture. Wow, does this fragrance pack a punch! Soap bars are an everyday essential but that doesn't mean they need to be boring- this smells incredible and I love the inclusion of Cocoa Butter- my hands won't dry out with this, that's for sure!
Finally, a makeup item- it's been a while since we've had a makeup item so I'm really excited! What better than the BellaPierre Purple Storm Eyeshadow Palette (RRP £25) to add a bit of sparkle to your eyes- the colours are gorgeous! Purple is my favourite colour so I was always going to approve of this. There are 2 shimmer shades and 2 more matte shades so you can create loads of different looks. I can't wait to have a play!
So another amazing mix of products! The total value of the items this month is a staggering £57! Such an incredible saving!

They also do 'Lucky Dip' boxes on their website which contain 3 products from past boxes so you can get a taster for the service- this is priced at £12.95. For a limited time (at least, initially!), there are also Pick n Mix boxes available where you can choose either 3 items for £15 or 4 items for £20 from a selection menu. All of the above options include delivery.
I have said this so many times but I will say it again- this box is my absolute favourite and it never lets me down. It is not often that you can subscribe to a box for 5 years and not have a single 'dud' box or a repeat item but Emma, who is the woman behind this box, always manages to blow me away every month with new brand discoveries and some new products from old faithful brands I already know and love. I'm already excited for next months offering! Emma is also a lovely lady who puts so much heart and soul into every box- you can really feel the passion when you unbox it and it is testament to her passion that she absolutely smashes it every month! This box certainly deserves all the success and I cannot wait to see what delights await me in the January edit- hopefully some treats for the new year!
