Yes, it's that time again- and a brand new year! Every time The Natural Beauty Box lands on my doorstep, it feels like Christmas, even though the festive period is now behind us once again! For those of you who are unfamiliar (where have you been?!), the Natural Beauty Box are a monthly subscription service featuring only natural, cruelty free products that are often also vegan and organic. I have been getting this box for 3 years now and in that time, I have not once been disappointed.
As is the standard now, I unboxed this on my YouTube channel, which you can catch here:
I saw a couple of spoilers for the items inside, which just added to the excitement. The theme for February was 'Face Time', 5 products specially for all of your gorgeous faces! A mixture of brands I know and brands I don't, I can't wait to tell you about it!
The first item is from a brand that is new to me and I am so excited to try it! Marina Miracle Herbal Face Oil (RRP £36), a brand hailing from Norway. This oil is multi award winning, nutritious, moisturising and balancing with Scandinavian herbs. It doesn't leave an oily or greasy film on the skin and sinks in quickly to leave your skin soft, balanced and glowing! It has a pleasant texture, with a dual layer that you have to shake to activate and a subtle soothing lavender fragrance. Fine herbs, Jojoba, Avocado, Raspberry and Aloe Vera deeply nourish the skin without clogging pores. It helps to balance combination skin and moisturise dry skin, removes fine lines and give a healthy glow as well as soothe irritated skin and eczema. I love a facial oil and this one is different to any that I have tried before! I am so excited to try this out just as soon as my current facial oil runs out as it sounds absolutely amazing.
The next item is from a brand I have tried before and loved so I am excited to see them again! Wildtree Skincare Gentle Lash Oil (RRP £15). This helps to thicken and lengthen lashes with nourishing Almond Oil. It contains nourishing Vitamin E, Calcium and Magnesium which hydrate each lash, making them stronger. You apply this at night before bed. I have tried lash products before and had mixed results from them so I am excited to give this a try, as I do love to take care of my lashes. I sometimes get semi-permanent lash extensions, which can damage your natural lashes, so I am glad I have something I can use to keep them in good condition.
Up next, and another brand I love is Organic Works Super Intensive Moisturiser (RRP £23). This is perfect for the winter months as it is packed with nourishing and soothing plant butters and oils to hydrate and keep the skin soft and smooth. It is not heavy and sinks in quickly, so you can use it morning or night. I have loved every Organic Works product I have tried and I this is no different. I applied this at night and I could still feel it the next morning when I woke up, as it is so nourishing. Very excited to keep using this as we head into spring too!
The fourth item is another brand I have tried before, although not for a while! Lady Green Anti Blemish Gel Pen (RRP £11.80). This provides quick and effective care against blemishes with soothing Aloe Vera, Neem and Burdock. Rich in high-performance natural active ingredients, this gel pen works quickly to dry, purify and soothe imperfections. Zinc and lavender alcohol will dry out the imperfections. Aloe vera, neem and burdock will treat them and soothe the skin. It is perfect to take on the go, as you simply twist the bottom and apply straight onto the spot. I don't actually have any spots right now so I haven't yet tried this but I will be sure to reach for it the next time one appears!
Finally, and another product by Lady Green, was their Limited Edition Rose Heart Konjac Sponge (RRP £7.89). This helps to refine the pores, exfoliate the skin as well as soften and tone thanks to the inclusion of Rose. It is gentle, effective and biodegradable. Konjac is a plant grown mainly in China, Vietnam or Japan and the sponges are made from konjac roots. The virtues of konjac are numerous, the sponge will gently cleanse, purify and give radiance to the skin. 100% natural and compostable, the konjac sponge is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive. I love these sponges, I have a few now and I have to admit, I was sceptical when I first tried one but I was immediately converted. You run them under water and they immediately change from solid to spongey in seconds! They feel so nice on the skin and I am so happy to have this one as it is a cute heart shape too!
So another amazing mix of products to bring some deep breaths into your life this season! The total value of the items this month is £93.69, almost 4x the cost of the box!

I have said this so many times but I will say it again- this box is my absolute favourite and it never lets me down. It is not often that you can subscribe to a box for 3 years and not have a single 'dud' box or a repeat item but Emma, who is the woman behind this box, always manages to blow me away every month with new brand discoveries and some new products from old faithful brands I already know and love. I'm already excited for next months offering! Emma is also a lovely lady who puts so much heart and soul into every box- you can really feel the passion when you unbox it and it is testament to her passion that she absolutely smashes it every month! This box certainly deserves all the success and I cannot wait to see what delights await me in the March edit- hopefully something to take us into spring!
