Yes, it's that time again! Every time The Natural Beauty Box lands on my doorstep, it feels like Christmas! For those of you who are unfamiliar (where have you been?!), the Natural Beauty Box are a monthly subscription service featuring only natural, cruelty free products that are often also vegan and organic. I have been getting this box for 5 years now and in that time, I have not once been disappointed.
As is the standard now, I unboxed this on my YouTube channel, which you can catch here:
The theme for July was 'Summer Spa'. I had only seen a couple of spoilers so I was very excited to get my hands on this box- as always! This edit is also plastic free!
The first item was a brand I have not come across before- Pyourly Repair Face and Body Clay Mask (RRP £40.00). With Kaolin Clay to absorb excess oil and remove toxins and impurities, Hemp Seed Oil to help retain moisture and restore the skins natural barrier, Grapeseed and Angelica Oils to soothe smooth and soften the skin. This is for all over use for healthy, glowing skin from head to toe.
I love products like this- although they can get a little messy! It reminds me of a spa treatment I had a while ago, I felt so pampered and relaxed and my skin felt amazing too! The scent and texture of this is gorgeous and I cannot wait for my next pamper session now!
Next up is yet another brand I am not familiar with- Pure Mess Oat and Mandarin Cleanser (RRP £6). This non drying cleanser revives your complexion, evens out skin tone and is gentle enough to remove eye makeup. It is also suitable for all skin types.
Cleansers are a daily essential but I have never used an oat cleanser before! I have heard about the many benefits that oats can have on the skin so I am really excited about this. The texture is so interesting and the zingy scent definitely helps to wake me up in the morning!
Third was another brand I have not tried before- and arguably the cutest item featured this month- Bear Beauty Botanicals Bear Buff Cherry Blossom Infused Konjac Sponge (RRP £8.50). This is a natural blend of Konjac Plant Fibre and Cherry Blossom extract, packed full of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help regenerate damaged skin cells and brighten dull, tired complexions.
How cute is this? I almost don't want to use it! I do love a good konjac sponge though- I have quite the collection built up now! I love how they are so gentle on the skin- even though they look scary at first! Another one to add to the stockpile- it will look great in my bathroom too!
Finally, the last item is a brand I do know! Flawless Beauty Luxury Body Wash Sparkling Citrus (RRP £3.75). A fresh, citrus body wash blended with invigorating Orange Oil and uplifting Bergamot Oil to refresh and stimulate the senses. Enhanced with conditioning Panthenol and soothing Aloe Vera for a gloriously soft skin feel.
Like cleanser, body wash is another daily staple and you can never have too many. I am thinking of packing this in my case to take to Costa Rica in October as it is the perfect size for a 2 week trip and is plastic free, so won't harm the eco system! That's if I can resist using it before then of course!
So another amazing mix of products! The total value of the items this month is a staggering £58! Such an incredible saving!
There are a few different ways you can purchase or subscribe to this box:
Monthly rolling subscription- £24.95
3 month prepay- £71.10
6 month prepay- £138.00

They also do 'Lucky Dip' boxes on their website which contain 3 products from past boxes so you can get a taster for the service- this is priced at £12.95. For a limited time (at least, initially!), there are also Pick n Mix boxes available where you can choose either 3 items for £15 or 4 items for £20 from a selection menu. All of the above options include delivery.
I have said this so many times but I will say it again- this box is my absolute favourite and it never lets me down. It is not often that you can subscribe to a box for 5 years and not have a single 'dud' box or a repeat item but Emma, who is the woman behind this box, always manages to blow me away every month with new brand discoveries and some new products from old faithful brands I already know and love. I'm already excited for next months offering! Emma is also a lovely lady who puts so much heart and soul into every box- you can really feel the passion when you unbox it and it is testament to her passion that she absolutely smashes it every month! This box certainly deserves all the success and I cannot wait to see what delights await me in the July edit- hopefully some treats to prepare us for the changing season!
