Witch Casket September 2023 review- House Magick.

Something a little different today- in a very good way of course! This is a new box for me, having only reviewed one box so far, but one I have been following on social media for some time.

Witch Casket is a witchcraft subscription box curated by witches, for witches. Each month, caskets include at least 8 witch casket exclusives that are not available anywhere else. Their vegan-friendly witchcraft subscription boxes contain a minimum £50 value and will include items such as Spells, Crystals, Incense, Prints, Altar ware, Jewellery, and ‘Casket Only’ exclusives, every month! All spells and rituals are created by Witch Casket's co-founder, Deb, an experienced practicing witch, exclusively for Witch Casket, the magickal monthly witch subscription box!

The theme for September was 'House Magick', an aid to making staying at home even more magickal!

I unboxed this on my YouTube channel as always, and you can watch that here:

As the items are exclusive to Witch Casket, there won't be any RRP's listed.

Let's take a closer look at the items then shall we?

First up was the stunning House Magick Art Print. Use the reverse of this art print to note down your manifestations for the month and afterwards, you have a magickal piece of art to display in your home or your Book of Shadows. Designed by their in house designer Faye. I love the print, and the manifestations on the back. I have recently started getting into the idea of manifestation and the law of attraction etc and this is a great starting point.

Next up was the Ritual Drinking Cup. An enchanting cup designed exclusively for subscribers. A magickal vessel for your ritual drinks, offerings and brews. This has such a beautiful print on it and I love that it can be used for anything. It definitely adds an interesting touch to my dull collection of mugs and cups!

Going nicely with the cup was the Witches Brew Tea Strainer. After preparing your loose leaf tea or herbal brew, place the strainer over your cup and pour through the strainer. This ensures any herbs, leaves or flowers will not find their way into your cup! This has such a cute design and is much bigger than my current strainer- which has definitely seen better days!

The next item definitely intrigued me- the Sigil Embroidery Kit. Put the 'craft' into 'witchcraft' with some meditative embroidery. This exclusive kit contains everything you need to created a beautiful embroidered pentacle. Work your intentions into every stitch. I am terrible at sewing but I do like a challenge so I am going to give this a go- the instructions that come with it should help!

Following on from that, there was the gorgeous Hanging Leaf Tealight Holder. Tealights are perfect for simple house magick and are a great way to attract what you need into your home. This holder is inspired by Mother Nature and I love it! It is so simple and yet so pretty. I have loads of tealights that I haven't used as I didn't have a holder for them- now I do!

Another item I am always happy to see is incense so this House Cleansing Incense was a welcome sight! Cleanse your space and raise it's vibration with this incense. This contains no artificial fragrance and is a cleansing blend of Bergamot and Mint. Light the incense and affirm: 'Magickal smoke cleanse my space, let only good enter this place.' It smells beautiful and I can't wait to cleanse my house!

Going back to the tea themed items from earlier, what better way to round those off than with some Happiness Witches Brew? A joyous blend of Lavender and Vervain. If you are not a tea drinker, you can use this brew in charm bags, spell jars, ritual baths or any other spell work that fits their purpose! This sounds delicious, and perfect for the upcoming colder months!

Next up was a Selenite Tumbled Stone. Selenite is a spiritual stone of calm and peace. An excellent stone to clear the mind and cleanse the home, Selenite enhances intuition and encourages good judgement. Ideal for meditation! I am getting quite the collecti0n of crystals now but this is my first Selenite.

Up now is the Witches Home Enamel Pin. The home of many witches dreams, this magickal crooked cottage is just oozing witchy vibes. This enchanting pin will add magick to any jacket or bag, or enhance any wall display. This is definitely different to anything I already own and even though I don't tend to wear pins very often, I will find a use for this as it is so cute!

The next item is the House Blessing Ritual Kit. This envelope contains everything you need to bless your home- a small key, passion flower, chamomile, a drawstring bag and the instructions. I loved the ritual kit last month and this is no different- they are so fun to do.

Finally there was the Raise the Vibration of your Home Parchment Scroll. This scroll is inscribed with simple ways to raise the vibration in your home by ridding it of unwanted or stagnant energies and attracting more joy into your home. This information can be copied to your book of spells or you can simply place the sheet inside your spell book. Framed, these scrolls can also add splendour to the walls of your home. I love the ideas- they are so simple to implement!

So that is everything in the box- impressive right? I love absolutely everything inside to help me on my spiritual journey. I am quite a spiritual person and practice meditation, breathwork, yoga, gratitudes etc as part of my healing and growth journey but I am new to the world of spells, witchcraft/magic and manifestations, making this box a perfect place to start, learn something new and introduce new practices and wisdom. It is also perfect for those who are versed in these practices too. The prices are as follows:

  • UK subscribers- £29 per month.

  • EU subscribers- £34 per month.

  • Rest of the World subscribers- £36 per month.

Prices include shipping and caskets ship from the 14th-17th of each month. If you subscribe after the 14th of the month, you will receive caskets from the following month onwards.

My second experience of Witch Casket is a very positive one and I will certainly be keeping my subscription for next month- I have already seen a spoiler too- Altar Curiosities! I cannot wait already!
